underwhelming stay

the staff in the restaurant was friendly and polite, which i appreciate.

the room wasn't up to par. also, the lack of coffee in the room was a real letdown, especially at the price i paid.

The staff was super attentive. They delivered excellent service (I really appreciated it). The pool area was excellent. It was clean, with great decor. The decor throughout the hotel is exquisite. It had something different to admire in every part of the building.

The bedroom on floor 3 was quite small. The location wasn't ideal. Taxis had difficulty getting to the hotel entrance. The lighting in Martyrs Square was poor, unfortunately.

attentive staff quiet location modern design warm hospitality

I was impressed by the staff's attentiveness. They delivered five-star service. the hotel is super quiet and chill, only minutes from the lively areas. the hotel presented a modern and inviting feel. the contemporary design and warm hospitality offered a stylish urban escape for travellers.

it was slightly complicated to reach the hotel by car, an issue not indicated upon reservation (i had to circle around a bit).

the dining room staff prepared delicious meals (i really enjoyed the breakfast) even when the dining room was not busy. the breakfast features a great selection of high-quality foods perfect for late risers.
